If you have a charge from Microsoft and you know for sure that you didn't purchase anything from Microsoft ... but clearly somebody did purchase something from Microsoft, and they used your banking information, and you don't know who that somebody is ... what does that say to you?

    Correct!

Contact your bank ASAP to stop whoever it is from buying stuff with your bank account.

Maybe check if you’re logged into the correct Microsoft account and whether the charge is still pending. If it’s not showing in your purchase history at all, I’d contact Microsoft Support and give them the transaction details. They should be able to trace the charge and tell you where it came from.
