AI Skills voucher expired on 18 August and unable to contact Credentials Support

I completed the AI Skills promotion and earned an exam voucher, but the voucher expired on 18 August 2026.

Unfortunately, I've been unwell recently and and only realised shortly afterwards that I had missed the deadline due to a colleague at work informing me they'd used the token I told them about.

I tried to contact Microsoft Credentials Support to ask whether the voucher could be reviewed for a possible exception, but every support link I have tried redirects me to Engage Centre. When I sign in to the Engage Centre, I receive a message stating that I do not have permission to access any workspaces, which means I am unable to raise a support request.

As the voucher expired only two days ago, I would appreciate any advice on how I can contact the Microsoft Credentials team directly, or as to whether there is a process for requesting a review of an expired AI Skills voucher in these circumstances.

Thank you for any guidance.

The terms of the voucher were very clear and vouchers cannot be extended or reissued

You must schedule your exam prior to August 18, 2026 and the exam must be delivered by October 18, 2026. If the exam is not booked prior to August 18, 2026 and an exam date beyond October 18, 2026 is selected, you will not be able to apply the voucher to the cost of the exam.
