Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi Jo Clayton,
Please note that our Microsoft Q&A forum is a public platform, and we will modify your response/ question to hide your personal information in the description. Kindly ensure that you hide any personal or organizational information the next time you post an error or other details to protect personal data.
Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A.
If you have already paid for your Microsoft 365 Personal renewal and received confirmation from Microsoft, you should first verify that the subscription has been applied to the Microsoft account you are currently using. Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services and check whether the subscription shows as active and displays the updated expiration date.
You should also review your order history at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders to confirm that the payment was successfully processed and associated with the same Microsoft account used for the subscription purchase.
If the renewal appears in your order history but you continue to receive payment or renewal requests, this will require assistance from Microsoft Support, as billing and subscription records cannot be accessed through the community forum.
While community members can provide general guidance, Microsoft Q&A is a public, peer-to-peer forum and we do not have access to customer accounts, subscription records, payment transactions, or billing systems. As a result, we cannot verify whether a payment was successfully applied, determine why renewal notices are still being sent, or make any changes to your subscription.
We are sorry for any inconvenience may have caused and thank you for your understanding.
