    Hi ,

Search for msinfo32.exe in the search bar, take a screenshot, and post it here so we can see the correct laptop model or desktop configuration.

    Thanks

When Memory integrity is turned on and then turns itself back off after restart, Windows is usually recovering from a driver compatibility problem during boot. This can happen even when the Core isolation page does not show incompatible drivers.

    Try this in order:

    1. Check which driver is being blocked
      • Open Event Viewer.
      • Go to: Applications and Service Logs\Microsoft\Windows\CodeIntegrity\Operational
      • Look for events after the failed restart attempt.
      • Memory integrity compatibility events are generally Event ID 3087.
      • The blocked .sys driver is often identified there.
    2. Check the Memory integrity page again
      • Open Windows Security > Device security > Core isolation.
      • If Review incompatible drivers appears, open it and note any listed driver.
    3. Update the driver first
      • Try Windows Update for newer drivers.
      • If nothing is offered, get the latest driver from the device or driver manufacturer.
      • Microsoft recommends updating drivers before trying to force the feature on.
    4. If a specific driver is found, remove or update that software
      • If the driver belongs to an app or hardware utility, uninstall or update that product first.
      • Then restart and try enabling Memory integrity again.
    5. If the system becomes unstable after enabling it
      • Use Device Manager to update the affected driver if Windows still boots.
      • If Windows fails during boot, recovery can require Windows Recovery Environment (Windows RE) and disabling the setting there.
      • Warning: recovery steps can involve registry changes, and if memory integrity was enabled with UEFI lock, Secure Boot must be disabled to complete those Windows RE recovery steps.

    Important notes for this case:

    • Reinstalling Windows, updating BIOS/chipset, and upgrading to Windows 11 do not rule out an incompatible boot-time driver.
    • Some driver issues only appear during startup, so the setting can look enabled before restart and then be rolled back automatically.
    • On some systems, Windows can automatically turn memory integrity off after boot failures to prevent the device from becoming unbootable.

If no driver appears in the Core isolation UI, the most useful next step is still the CodeIntegrity Operational log in Event Viewer. That is the supported place to identify what blocked Memory integrity during boot.
