I attempted the AI-103 exam through Pearson VUE on 17 August 2026 at approximately 10:00 PM IST. Upon completion, the exam screen confirmed that I had passed the exam. However, the exam result/score report and corresponding credential have still not been reflected in my Microsoft Learn profile. The PearsonVUE support has confirmed that the certification is processed from their end to Microsoft.

Congratulations on passing the AI-103 exam!
Since Pearson VUE has confirmed that the result was processed from their side, I would recommend allowing some time for the result to sync with your Microsoft Learn profile. You can also sign out and sign back in to refresh your profile.
If the result and credential still don't appear after a few business days, I suggest contacting Microsoft Credentials Support and providing your Pearson VUE score report, exam date, and registration details so they can investigate the synchronization issue.
