Copilot is active on my Microsoft account and appears in Word and Outlook. It previously appeared in Excel but has disappeared from both Excel for Mac (v16.122.1) and Excel Online. I have already confirmed I am signed into the correct account and am running the latest version of Microsoft 365.

    Hi Graeme,

Since Copilot is working in Word and Outlook but has disappeared from both Excel for Mac and Excel Online, it may be related to your Microsoft 365 account licensing, organizational settings, or a temporary Excel-side issue.

You could try signing out and back into Excel, checking for any pending Office updates, and verifying that Connected Experiences are enabled in Excel.

If Copilot still doesn't appear, I would recommend contacting your Microsoft 365 administrator to confirm that the Copilot license is correctly assigned for Excel and that there are no organization-level policies disabling Copilot.

    Hope this helps!
