    Hi gallery automotive,

I understand how frustrating it can be to lose access to an account, especially if you've already submitted the information you believe is correct. However, Microsoft Q&A is a public community forum and neither moderators nor forum contributors have access to customer accounts or the ability to bypass the Account Security Recovery process.

The Account Security Recovery form is designed to protect accounts from unauthorized access. If a recovery request is unsuccessful, it means the information provided did not meet the verification requirements needed to confirm ownership of the account. Previous passwords alone may not be sufficient, as the system evaluates multiple pieces of account history and security information.

If you still have access to any trusted devices, recovery email addresses, phone numbers, or can provide additional details about how the account was used, it may help improve the chances of a successful recovery submission. Unfortunately, there is no support channel available through Microsoft Q&A that can manually reset passwords or override the outcome of the account recovery process.

I realize this may not be the answer you were hoping for, but the best available option is to continue working through the official account recovery process and provide as much accurate historical account information as possible. I sincerely hope you're able to regain access to your accounts.
