Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

    1. Could you please share the error message you receive when trying to sign in? If possible, please include a screenshot of the error.
    2. Also, may I know whether you’re trying to sign in with a personal account or a work/school account?
    3. Have you already tried resetting or reinstalling OneDrive?

If you haven't tried resetting OneDrive, you can follow the steps in the article here to see if it helps.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-US/onedrive/reset-onedrive

If it doesn't, let me know the error message. This will help me determine whether the issue is with your account or with OneDrive.

    Try these steps in order:

    1. Verify the account can sign in outside the app.
      • For a personal account, sign in to the Microsoft account dashboard.
      • For a work or school account, sign in to Microsoft 365.
      • If sign-in fails there too, reset the password for a work/school account or use the Microsoft account sign-in helper for a personal account.
    2. Check that OneDrive is using the correct account.
      • Select the OneDrive icon in the taskbar notification area.
      • Select Help & Settings > Settings.
      • On the Account tab, confirm the expected account is shown.
      • If an old or different account is listed, sign in again with the correct account.
    3. If the OneDrive icon is gray or has a line through it, sign in again.
      • Select the grayed-out OneDrive icon.
      • At the Set up OneDrive screen, enter the email address and password.
    4. Restart OneDrive.
      • Open Start and search for OneDrive.
      • Start the app again and try signing in.
    5. Unlink and relink OneDrive if another or old account was previously added.
      • This is recommended when identity problems exist between multiple accounts.
    6. Reinstall OneDrive if sign-in still fails.
      • Open Add or remove programs.
      • Find Microsoft OneDrive under Apps & features.
      • Select Uninstall.
      • Download and install the latest OneDrive app, then sign in again.
      • This does not remove OneDrive data.
    7. Check network blocking.
      • If sign-in still does not work, the issue may be caused by a firewall, VPN configuration, or the internet provider blocking OneDrive.
      • A quick test is to try another network, such as a mobile hotspot.
    8. If the error mentions tenant or selected user account does not exist:
      • If signing in to a work or school OneDrive site, use the work/school Entra ID instead of a personal Microsoft account.
    9. If this is a work or school account and the problem continues, contact the organization's IT admin or helpdesk.

Warning: clearing cached Office identities from the registry is listed as a possible fix for multiple identity issues, but registry changes are risky and should be used only with the official guidance.
