Good luck. Microsoft has terrible protocols here. My son had this exact thing happen to him and it doesn't matter how much information you put on the account recovery forms, they come back rejected automatically every time. I've spoken to staff via the chat feature with no conclusion either. I have emails of purchases, screenshots of the game, my personal Xbox account only has my family as friends (including my son's hacked account still) and I've gotten nowhere. It's a money grab by Microsoft to get you to buy the game again. Completely useless organization.
I need a real staff
The Microsoft Number, Couldn't help me It's a bot but He is useless I want to talk to a staff. Anyway i tried everything the Bot Recovrey form. I was playing minecraft i tried to join a server. But the an error came, It's Says Please restart The launcher i restarted but pop up Came. it says Enter This email below to send the code to him. the email is strange, I Never seen it. in fact he put A FAKE DOMAIN "@kidnap.life" a couple of days it changed to a normal email i tried To call the Bot a recovery. Didn't work My account is Hacked and he changed The email and password to my minecraft Btw its the microsoft Account it self he hacked the account i manged To, enter my account by a code like Same as a phone.:like for example when you need to unlock the phone you have to type numbers.; my email was [PII Removed] To [PII Removed]
You won't find The first email i typed becuase He Changed it TO A ANOTHER ONE; there are screenshots for poof btw i couldn't send the 2 screen shot so i'll do another form.

2026-08-24T10:02:10.0866667+00:00 For personal Microsoft accounts, even if you manage to reach a live support agent, they cannot bypass the account ownership verification process, reset passwords on your behalf, or restore access without successful account verification. Microsoft states that support agents are not allowed to access or change account details for recovery purposes.
Since you mentioned the sign-in email appears to have been changed to an unfamiliar address, include any previous email addresses, prior passwords, Minecraft purchase information, account creation details, and any screenshots that help demonstrate ownership when completing recovery attempts, as those details may improve the chances of verification. Microsoft recommends providing as much accurate account history as possible when using the recovery process.
Also, for your privacy and security, please do not post screenshots containing email addresses, recovery codes, or other personal information in this public forum.

2026-08-21T19:50:55.95+00:00 For a hacked Microsoft account where the attacker changed the email and password, the supported recovery path is:
- Run a full malware scan on the PC before changing anything.
- Open Windows Security.
- Go to Virus and threat protection.
- Select Scan options > Full scan > Scan now.
- This matters because malware may still be present and could steal the account again.
- Use the Microsoft sign-in helper for hacked accounts.
- This is the primary guided recovery path for compromised Microsoft accounts.
- It can provide self-help steps or route to an agent when available.
- If sign-in is still possible by code on any device, immediately change or reset the password.
- After that, review account settings such as connected accounts, forwarding, and automatic replies, because Microsoft may reset some settings after compromise.
- If the recovery form was already tried and failed, use Contact Microsoft Support and select Get Help, then Contact Support for the best available support option.
- Support agents are not allowed to send password reset links or directly access and change account details.
- If suspicious Microsoft emails were received, only trust messages from the domain @accountprotection.microsoft.com.
- If a verification code was not requested, that can indicate someone is trying to access the account.
