    Hello, Mostafa AbdulSalam.

You should contact Minecraft and Xbox support so that they can check which side of the problem is on and fix the account.

To contact Minecraft support, fill out the form on the page https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/request/new?ticket_form_id=360001225811

(the form will be displayed after checking for the bot).

Contact Xbox support in the chat by clicking on the corresponding button on the page.: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/games-apps/game-titles/minecraft-info

If the account now shows as not existing, the supported recovery path is:

    1. Use the Sign-in Helper tool if the message says the account cannot be found.
    2. If the account has not been used for more than two years, it may have been deleted and cannot be reopened.
    3. If the account was recreated later with the same email address, that does not restore the original Minecraft license. Digital purchases stay tied to the original Microsoft account.
    4. If the username is forgotten, check places where the account may still be signed in:
      • Windows 10/11: Start > Settings > Accounts. Under Email & app accounts, review the usernames on the device.
      • Office apps: Open Word or Excel > File > Account > look for Belongs to.
      • Email accounts: search for Microsoft purchase receipts.
      • Xbox: check the console account details.
    5. If the username still cannot be found, use the Sign-in helper and then Contact Microsoft Support.

Important facts from the available guidance:

    • Support agents cannot send password reset links or access and change account details.
    • An invoice proves a purchase, but the available guidance does not state that an invoice alone can restore a deleted or missing Microsoft account.
    • If the original Microsoft account was deleted, purchases associated with that account are lost, and creating a new account with the same email does not bring back the Minecraft purchase.
