The screenshot suggests that OneDrive is loading different interface components with different saved locale values. This can happen when the browser still has Spanish as a preferred language or retains older OneDrive site data.
Besides the solutions provided by the Q&A Assist, here are some suggestions you can try:
In your browser’s language settings, move English (United States) or English (United Kingdom) to the top. If Spanish is listed first, move it below English or temporarily remove it. Microsoft recommends keeping the browser, device, and account language settings consistent. Check language settings
Open OneDrive in an InPrivate or Incognito window. If everything appears in English there, clear the cookies and site data for onedrive.live.com, live.com, and microsoft.com, then reload OneDrive.
It is also recommended that you temporarily switch OneDrive to a different language, reload the page, and then switch it back to English. This can force the language preference to be rewritten, and this workaround has resolved similar cases.
If the mixed wording remains across different browsers, use the Help icon in OneDrive to send feedback, as the remaining text may be a OneDrive localization issue rather than a setting on your computer.
