    Hi, @Lynn Sanders

If clicking the options gets you nowhere, also try using a different browser or another device.

You should be able to cancel it from your Microsoft account here: https://account.microsoft.com/services Sign in with the account used to purchase Microsoft 365, find the subscription, then select "Manage" > "Cancel subscription" and follow the prompts.

If you are getting nowhere, to help narrow down the issue:

    1. Do you see the Microsoft 365 subscription listed on that page?
    2. When you select "Manage", do you see a cancellation option, or does something else happen?
    3. Was the subscription purchased directly from Microsoft, or through Apple, Google, Amazon, or another retailer?

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Thanks!

For a Microsoft 365 home subscription, use the same Microsoft account that was used to buy it:

    1. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365 and sign in.
    2. Select Cancel subscription. It might appear as Upgrade or Cancel.
    3. Review the cancellation page, then select I don't want my subscription to confirm.

If Cancel subscription does not appear:

    • If the page shows Turn on recurring billing, the subscription is already set to expire on the date shown, and no further charges will occur.
    • Make sure the correct Microsoft personal account is being used.
    • If the subscription was bought through a third-party retailer, Google Play, or the Apple App Store, cancellation must be done through that seller.
    • If there is an overdue balance, cancellation is blocked until the amount owed is paid.

If cancellation still cannot be completed, use Microsoft guided support from the support page.

Important effect after cancellation: Microsoft 365 Basic, Personal, Family, or Premium storage reverts to 5 GB of cloud storage and 15 GB of Outlook.com storage. If a Family or Premium subscription was shared, the shared users’ storage is also reduced.
