How to reset administrator password on windows10 without reset disk

my computer still needs password verification using restart while pressing shift way, I also use get help already and is still not working. No Microsoft account sign in........ I want to reset computer administrator user not microsoft account

You indicate you are in the recovery environment using the Shift + Restart method.

Are you unable to log into the Administrator account when you start Windows normally?

Is there no other user account on the PC that has full administrator access?
