Hello Microsoft Credentials Support,
I am experiencing an issue with the following Microsoft Applied Skills assessment:
Microsoft Applied Skills: Administer Active Directory Domain Services
I completed the assessment on August 23, 2026 and selected Submit Assessment after completing all of the required tasks.
After submitting, the assessment remained on the Submit Assessment / scoring screen with a loading spinner for an extended period of time and no result was displayed.
I also received a browser warning asking whether I wanted to leave the page. Initially, I selected Stay on Page to avoid interrupting the submission.
I then opened the Applied Skills page in another browser tab. The page showed that I was already subject to the 72-hour retake waiting period, which indicates that my assessment attempt had been registered.
Because the scoring screen remained stuck, I refreshed the page. After confirming Leave Page, I was redirected back to the Applied Skills credential page.
However, my Microsoft Learn profile currently shows no result, score report, or Applied Skills credential for this assessment.
My Learn username is:
paweltrzmiel
I have attached screenshots showing:
Could you please check whether my assessment submission was received correctly and whether the scoring process completed successfully?
If the assessment was successfully submitted, could you please have the result processed or restored to my Microsoft Learn profile?
Please let me know if you need any additional information, session identifiers, or screenshots from my side.
Thank you for your help.
Best regards, Paweł

For most assessment labs, results should appear within minutes after submission in the Learn profile. If a result does not appear within 24 hours, the documented action is to contact Support.
A launched lab counts as an attempt, and the retake policy applies. After selecting Submit Assessment, leaving the lab starts scoring in the background, and the lab cannot be re-entered.
For this scenario, the supported next steps are:
If the issue is specifically that the support path is inaccessible, the documented support entry point for Applied Skills issues is the Credentials support page.
