Missing Certificate: AI-901 Beta Passed on June 18 but Not Showing in Credentials

Hello,

I passed the AI-901: Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals exam on June 18, 2026, which was the date the exam went live out of beta.

My official transcript accurately shows that I passed the exam, but the actual certificate and badge are still missing from the Credentials > Certifications tab on my Microsoft Learn profile dashboard.

Could a support agent please help me manually sync my profile so the certificate appears? Please initiate a private message so I can safely share my MCID and account details.

Thank you!

A manual profile sync cannot be initiated here.

For a beta exam, passing counts toward the certification and the result should appear in the Learn profile after release processing. If the score should already be available because it is at least 10 days after the exam went live, check Learn profile > Certifications. If it is still missing after at least two weeks from the live date, contact Credentials Support.

For missing certifications, use this checklist first:

    1. Confirm the certification requirements were fully completed.
    2. Confirm the correct Learn profile is being used.
    3. Try any other Microsoft account that may have been used to register for the exam, including personal or work/school accounts.
    4. If the exam was taken through Certiport, it will not appear in the Learn profile and must be managed through the Certiport account.

Certificates, badges, and transcript are accessed from the Certification Dashboard:

    1. Open the Certification Dashboard.
    2. Use View Certificates in the Certificates section to download earned certificates.
    3. Use View Transcript in the Transcript section to view or share the transcript.

If the transcript shows the pass but the certificate or badge is still missing, the documented next step is to contact Credentials Support for assistance.
