This forum is just a user to user forum, for account security and to protect users, no-one here has any account access, if you are sure no-one else has access to your banking details, using any Microsoft account you may have, try using the steps they provide on this link to find out what that payment was for.

Then use the steps they provide on this link to cancel whatever that payment was for and get a refund.

If you are still unable to resolve that payment problem, you will need to contact Microsoft Support directly, try using this method to contact their support.

    Go to this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

    Select Microsoft 365

    Click 'Get Home Support'.

In the box provided, type billing.

Press Enter, then on the next page, scroll down and click 'Sign in to Contact Support'.

Navigate to Microsoft 365 and Office - Manage my Subscription.

Select the 'Chat with support agent in web browser' option

    1. Check whether the charge can be identified from the Microsoft account payment dashboard:
      • Go to the Manage your payments page.
      • Select Investigate for the unrecognized charge.
      • Also check any other Microsoft accounts that may have been used in the past, because the charge may be tied to a different account.
    2. Review the most common causes of an unrecognized Microsoft charge:
      • A subscription has recurring billing enabled.
      • Someone known to the cardholder, such as a family member, used the card.
      • A previously declined charge was retried.
      • A pre-order or split order shipped.
      • An in-app purchase was made.
    3. If the charge was for a subscription renewal, check Services & subscriptions to confirm whether cancellation happened too close to the billing date. Cancellations must be made more than 2 days before the billing date.
    4. For a refund or account-specific investigation, contact Microsoft Support:
      • Go to Contact Microsoft Support
      • Enter the problem and select Get Help
      • If needed, select Contact Support to reach the best support option
    5. If the card details may have been compromised, contact the bank or payment provider immediately. Ask them to block further charges or replace the card. This is the recommended step to prevent more fraudulent charges.

For the request to identify who used the card, Microsoft support can investigate the charge, but card security actions such as blocking future use must be handled through the bank or payment provider.
