Transfer email addresses to a different Microsoft 365 account

We have 3 separate companies that all have email addresses set up but are all in the same parent account.

The email addresses for each company are set up as ******@company1.co.uk, ******@company2.co.uk and ******@company3.co.uk.

We would no like to create separate M365 accounts for each company and migrate the emails etc for each company into the relevant M365 account so we can keep them all separate.

Is this possible without losing data and if so, how can we do this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In this article you can find information about tenant to tenant email migration: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/migration/cross-tenant-mailbox-migration?view=o365-worldwide
