Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Hi
Since the folders are back in English but the ribbon is still Vietnamese, the Office display language is most likely still set to Vietnamese.
In classic Outlook, go to File > Options > Language. Under “Office display language”, select English and click “Set as Preferred”. Make sure English is at the top, then close all Office apps and restart the PC. Microsoft’s instructions are here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/getstarted/manage-language-settings-in-outlook
If the ribbon is still Vietnamese, repair Office via Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Microsoft 365 > Modify > Quick Repair. If needed, try Online Repair: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/lifecycle/repair-an-office-application
Please let me know whether English is shown as “Preferred” under Office display language.
