Hello Microsoft 365 Developer Program Support,

My Microsoft 365 Developer Program account is still showing expired and deleted subscriptions that are associated with my account.

The deleted tenants are:

  • 26051996.onmicrosoft.com
  • 55ggs8.onmicrosoft.com

Both subscriptions expired on May 30, 2023 and were deleted on July 29, 2023.

I have already deleted my previous Developer Program profile and rejoined the program. However, these deleted tenants are still displayed in my Developer Dashboard and appear to remain associated with my account.

Could you please remove these expired tenant associations and reset my Developer Program profile so that I can create a new eligible Microsoft 365 developer sandbox?

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards,

    Hi @Khôi Trương Ngọc,

Based on the screenshot, the subscriptions are already in a Deleted subscription state and show that all users and data were deleted on July 29, 2023. However, they remain associated with your Microsoft 365 Developer Program profile and continue to appear in the Developer Dashboard.

Unfortunately, this is a public community forum, and contributors do not have access to the backend systems required to review or remove tenant associations from a Microsoft 365 Developer Program account. I am unable to verify account-level information, reset Developer Program profiles, or perform tenant cleanup operations.

For further assistance, please contact Microsoft support directly: Engage Center - Engage Center

The support team has access to the internal tools needed to investigate whether the deleted tenants are still linked to your Developer Program profile and can determine whether a profile reset or backend cleanup is required to allow provisioning of a new developer sandbox.

When opening the support request, please include:

    • Your Microsoft account used for the Developer Program
    • Tenant names.
    • The screenshot showing the deleted subscriptions
    • Confirmation that you have already deleted and recreated your Developer Program profile, but the deleted tenants remain listed in the Developer Dashboard
