Para obtener la factura, sigue estos pasos:

Ve a: https://account.microsoft.com/services

Selecciona tu suscripción a Microsoft 365

Luego busca "Ver factura" o "Ver recibo"

For a Microsoft 365 Family purchase, the invoice is typically available from the Microsoft account used for the purchase:

1. Go to Order history and sign in with the same Microsoft account used to buy Microsoft 365 Family.
2. Find the purchase. If it does not appear, change the time range.
3. Open the order details.
4. Select Tax Invoice or the invoice/receipt option if it appears.

If Microsoft 365 was purchased directly from Microsoft as a digital download, it is also associated with Services & subscriptions at https://account.microsoft.com/services, where the subscription can be found.

For Microsoft 365 for Home in Mexico, RFC information must be added before the purchase is confirmed. After the purchase is confirmed, billing information can’t be added or changed for that completed purchase.
