How to sign into my account

I am unable to sign in to my other Outlook account. I added an email address under my security information where I can request a verification code if needed, but unfortunately, no matter how many times I request one, I never receive the code. I have also checked my spam folder several times and thoroughly checked everything in my email account, but the code still does not arrive.

I am not sure what I should do in this situation.

I also filled out the account recovery form, but unfortunately, I still have not received a response.

Another strange thing is that I cannot sign in to my account, yet Microsoft continues to charge my account every month for the subscription. What can I do in this situation as well?

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hi @Balušíková Laura

I’m sorry you’re unable to access the account while the subscription continues to be charged.

Since you have already submitted the recovery form, please check the separate contact email entered on the form, including its Junk or Spam folder. Microsoft normally sends the recovery result to that address within 24 hours. If no response arrives, you can submit the form again with as many accurate details as possible, such as previous passwords, contacts, exact email subject lines, and subscription or purchase information. Microsoft allows up to two recovery attempts per day. Help with the Microsoft account recovery form

For the recurring charge, please contact Microsoft Support separately through the Billing and subscriptions category.

    • Go to Contact Us: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus
    • Click Show expanded list of products
    • Select Outlook > Get Home support
    • Type Outlook live chat in the search box, then select Get Help > Contact Support
    • If you can’t sign in to the affected account, sign in with a different Microsoft account to access support options
    • Under Products & Services, select Other Products > Outlook, then choose Chat with a support agent via web browser
