A family member passed away, and I am trying to access his accounts.
I have a court order making me the personal representative and I have all supporting documents.
I have looked for hours to find an address to send the court documents. Or an email address. Or phone number. The same script comes up, you need to contact/send court order to microsoft, but there are no links, etc..
