Account creation blocked by unusual activity for an assigned UHRS Hotmail address

I was assigned a specific Hotmail address by Clickworker for UHRS access. During Microsoft account creation, Microsoft displayed: “Account creation has been blocked. We detected some unusual activity and blocked this account creation process.”

The account was never created or activated. Clickworker confirmed that only Microsoft can resolve the creation block.

How can Microsoft review or unblock creation of this specific assigned address? I can provide the full address privately to authorized Microsoft support.

    Hi trung nguyen

I understand that the specific Hotmail address assigned by Clickworker for UHRS is being blocked during account creation and was never successfully created.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas only.

This is a user-to-user support forum, so moderators and contributors cannot access Microsoft’s back-end systems or manually review or unblock an address. Microsoft’s official guidance recommends retrying with a different device or browser, clearing the browser cache, avoiding private browsing, and ensuring JavaScript is enabled. Account creation has been blocked

If the block remains, please contact Microsoft Support using another active Microsoft account.

    • Go to Contact Us: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus
    • Click Show expanded list of products
    • Select Outlook > Get Home support
    • Type Outlook live chat in the search box, then select Get Help > Contact Support
    • If you can’t sign in to the affected account, sign in with a different Microsoft account to access support options
    • Under Products & Services, select Other Products > Outlook, then choose Chat with a support agent via web browser

If Microsoft Support cannot enable that address, you may need to ask Clickworker to assign a replacement address.

    Thank you for your understanding.
