Cannot remove an old custom domain email address

Question

I am trying to remove and old custom domain email address from outlook.

I have a family account, and some years ago it was possible to use email addresses from custom domains (not anymore I believe), so I did add an email address from a domain I use to own.

I do not own this domain anymore for some years, and now when trying to remove the custom address from settings-premium-personalised email addresses, it doesn't let me do it.

I have contacted support chat with no success.

Does https://account.live.com/names/manage page not list the custom domain?

Also check:

https://outlook.live.com/mail/options/premium/features

If you find the domain and are unable to remove it, please let me know and attach a screenshot to help me understand the problem better.
