Refund for cancelling scheduled AZ-900

Can I get the refund if I cancel scheduled AZ-900 certification exam?

Yes—if the exam is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the exam, the fee is forfeited. If a voucher was used, the voucher is also forfeited.

To cancel or reschedule:

1. Sign in to the Learn profile.
2. Open Profile from the avatar menu.
3. Go to Credentials > Certifications.
4. Find the exam appointment and select Cancel or Reschedule.
5. Complete the action on the exam delivery provider’s site.

A moderator-confirmed answer for AZ-900 also states reimbursement is available as long as the cancellation follows the policy and is done more than 24 hours before the appointment.
