Hello, good day and thanks for your question. Sorry to know about this and I understand that you have encountered an issue with Word which is under a Microsoft 365 subscription.
May I check and confirm if there is a specific error being displayed or shown in Word?
Also, what is the macOS that is installed and running on your device?
