Recovery old hotmail account steps

HI, Im trying to recover an old hotmail account, I already not have the phone registered, that account its from the 2010 that old, but because of that time I didn't use any of my real information because I was a child , I don't remember any information of that account despite that I have the recovery email, and I remember that I send emails from that account to my other emails, I only have the tittle and content of the emails that Ive send and old changed passwords of it .

I tried to go through the recovery form, but because I lack some information could not recover properly, I need some human assistance, because all the support chat its IA. I don't sure how can I recover it, if I go again through the recovery form I could never recover it.
