Hello Xbox Support,
I accidentally changed my Gamertag and I want to change it back to my previous Gamertag. I didn’t mean to change it, and now I’m being asked to pay 9 CHF to change it again.
Could you please make a one-time exception and allow me to change it back for free? I would really appreciate your help.

To be clear, no one in this public forum can change a Gamertag or waive the fee for an additional Gamertag change. The free change is typically only available under specific conditions, and community members do not have access to Xbox accounts or billing systems.
You can contact Xbox Support directly and explain that the change was made by mistake to see whether any exceptions are available for your account:
