**Product: **Microsoft Rewards

**Category: **Redemption / Region issues for Amazon Gift Cards

Hi,
I need a MANUAL Region‑flag RESET for my Microsoft Rewards account. My redemptions were being blocked with “VPN detected” and “Not in Region” even though I am physically located in San Jose, California (US) and my Microsoft Account region is United States. I had cleared all Browsers Cache (Safari, Chrome and Edge and re-Login to my Microsoft Account.

My support tickets were being "AUTO‑Closed without human review". I am not using a VPN, proxy, Private Relay, or any masking service.

My network setup may have triggered false VPN signals:

Xfinity residential internet (CGNAT + multi‑state routing)

Mac + Safari (encrypted DNS + privacy headers)

iPhone (Apple relay fingerprints even with Private Relay OFF)

I have already provided diagnostics:

  1. Bing Diagnostics Tool results showing United States
  2. IP geolocation screenshots showing United States

The "automated Rewards Support Bot continues to close my tickets instantly", which suggests a backend region‑flag mismatch that is not visible in my Microsoft Account settings.

Please escalate this for Manual Inspection of:

Hidden region flags

IP reputation

Rewards market alignment

******** [I need a human agent to correct the incorrect region/VPN flag so I can redeem Rewards normally.}*****

Thank you so much in advance.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble.

However, I'm afraid that as this is an open forum no one here would be able to specifically help with your issue. If you believe the error is specifically with your account then you should start an online chat with support via https://support.microsoft.com and click on Contact Us then follow the instructions provided until you reach a person.

If this is specifically to do with Rewards then you should complete this form https://rewards.bing.com/support then keep an eye on your email address including the junk/spam folder for a reply.
