Hello

I now use the outlouuk newsletter to spread articles within my organization. For more than a week, the tool no longer seems to be working, i.e. it no longer displays everything that has been done before and the problem seems to persist. Could you please help me? Thank you

    Good day Cole,

Just to gently clarify before we go any further, this is a user‑to‑user support forum. I don’t have the ability to access or investigate individual accounts because this is a user‑to‑user support forum.

Outlook Newsletters stores all newsletter drafts and published editions within your organization's Microsoft 365 environment. If your previous newsletters are no longer visible, please try the following:

Option 1: Access Outlook Newsletters directly

Please sign in with the same work account used to create the newsletters.

    Open: https://outlook.office.com/newsletters

Check whether your newsletter pages and previous editions are available.

If you use multiple Microsoft 365 accounts, make sure you are signed in to the correct organization.

Option 2: Check the Deleted tab

    Open https://outlook.office.com/newsletters.

    Select Newsletters > Deleted newsletters.

If you find the missing one, select Restore.

Option 3: Verify access with your organization's IT administrator

Please ask your administrator to confirm that:

Note: In case you do not know who is your IT admin, kindly refer to this article: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support

Your work account has the required license, including Exchange Online and SharePoint access.

Your Exchange Online mailbox is active.

You have access to SharePoint within the organization.

Your Outlook Newsletters permission is set to ReadWrite.

You are still listed as an owner of the newsletter page.

Administrators can also use the Outlook Newsletters admin view to review ownership and access permissions.

Additional information is available in the following resource: Manage Outlook Newsletters | Microsoft Learn

    Option 4: Contact Microsoft Support

If the issue still persists after trying the options above, I recommend that your IT administrator creating a support ticket via Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Support > Help & Support for further backend investigation.

A technical support engineer can perform a remote session to investigate the situation, verify the backend configurations, and run any necessary synchronization tools to resolve the problem. If the issue requires further attention, they can escalate it to a specialized team for deeper analysis.

I hope this information is helpful. If you have any questions or need further support, please don’t hesitate to reach out at any time.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
