Hello, I am facing an issue with registering for Microsoft certification exams.

I contacted Pearson VUE support regarding the ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK error I was receiving while trying to schedule my DP-900 exam.

Could you please help me to unblock my account so that I can access my certification profile and register for my DP-900 exam successfully?

I can provide my Microsoft account email, MCID(s), and any other information required to verify account.

This is urgent as I need to schedule my certification exam. Please let me know the required steps or information needed to resolve this issue.

Thank you.

ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK is typically because your account has been blocked by Pearson Vue which normally happens because of multiple failed payments. You need to contact Pearson Vue support using the link on https://aka.ms/CertificationSupport to get the block lifted.

ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK typically means the Pearson VUE account is blocked, commonly after multiple failed payments. The unblock action must be handled through Pearson VUE support via the Microsoft Certification Support channel.

Since Pearson VUE support was already contacted, the next step is to use the Microsoft Certification Support Forum so a moderator can assist with getting the block lifted.

If access to the certification profile is also failing, try this path:

    1. Sign in to the Learn profile with the Microsoft account associated with the certification profile.
    2. Select Profile from the avatar menu.
    3. Open Certifications.
    4. If the profile does not open, try an Incognito or InPrivate browser session.
    5. If the issue continues, open a case with Credentials support.

For exam-day or scheduling readiness after the block is removed:

    1. Run the Pearson VUE system test again on the device and network that will be used.
    2. Sign in as an administrator and stop background processes.
    3. Turn off browser pop-up blockers.
