Are you able to log into your Microsoft account on this link to download and re-install Office from your account.

    https://account.microsoft.com/services/

If you are able to log into your account and your Office licence does not appear on your account, where did you get the Office licence.

If you are not able to log into your Microsoft account, are you able to use the account recovery form on this link to try to recover your account.

If the Microsoft account email is not accepted, use this recovery path:

    1. Start with the Sign-in Helper. It checks the email address or phone number entered and tells what recovery step to take.
    2. If the message says “We couldn't find an account with that username” or “account doesn't exist”, use the Sign-in Helper tool specifically for that case.
    3. If the username used to work but is no longer recognized, try the Recover your account flow:
      • Enter the email address, phone number, or Skype name used to sign in.
      • Choose where to receive the security code.
      • Enter the code.
      • Set a new password.
    4. Double-check the email address domain and spelling. Microsoft accounts can use different domains such as .com and .co.uk. If the email is not recognized, try another alias or phone number that was added to the account.
    5. If the account has not been signed in to for more than two years, it may have been deleted and can no longer be reopened.
    6. If the account was closed recently, it can be reopened by signing in at the Microsoft account site and completing the security code check.
    7. If recovery still fails and the username is still not found, use Contact support and report that the username has stopped working.

If two-step verification was turned on and none of the alternate verification methods are accessible, support agents cannot send password reset links or change account details.
