Buying a game and not being able to play

On the 9th of August, I purchased NBA 2K27 Ultra Edition to play it early, thinking it would work on my laptop. Come to today, it launches 12pm et. I cannot install this on my laptop because it says "Optimized for Xbox Series X/S". How can I refund it?

    As I checked, the version of NBA 2k27 on Microsoft Store and Xbox Store is for Xbox version only, so it is expected that it cannot be used for PC.

    If you have made the purchase on one of the stores, you can submit a refund request by signing in to account.microsoft.com/billing/orders or submit the refund on this webform.
