Legal Name Change

Hi, I need to update the legal name on my Microsoft Certification profile so it matches my government-issued ID. I already have an exam booked for October 11 and want this corrected well before then to avoid check-in issues at the test center.

I tried the "Request change" link next to Legal Name in my certification profile, but it redirects me to the Engage Center support page, which shows "No Access" and only offers "Switch tenants" or "Support for Business" options, neither of which apply to me since I have a personal account. I'm not able to reach an actual name-change request form through that path.

Could someone help me get this legal name change submitted and approved before my exam?

https://aka.ms/credentials-support takes you to the Engage Center Hub, the location for certification support. Personal accounts are valid.

I sometimes find that I need to use https://aka.ms/credentials-support twice.

If you do not see Microsoft Credentials selected against Product, create an account on the Engage Center Hub and then use the direct link https://aka.ms/credentials-support again.

If you see the message "You are currently logged in as a guested personal account, which may result in access issues on Engage Center." then click on "Sign in to Microsoft's tenant for Personal Users", select "Login to Engage Center", and then use the direct link https://aka.ms/credentials-support again.

If "No Access" is displayed, select Switch Tenant and choose your own tenant.
