    Hi @Galway Bay Physio

Yes, you can add your Gmail account to new Outlook without changing the Gmail address. In new Outlook, open Settings > Accounts > Your accounts > Add account, enter the Gmail address, and complete Google’s sign-in and permission prompts. This lets you manage Gmail through Outlook, but it does not merge or convert the Gmail account into an Outlook account.

For sensitive business or patient information, simply adding Gmail to Outlook does not automatically provide additional data protection. Use two-step verification on the Google account, keep Outlook and Windows updated, and only use an organization-managed account and device. If this is a business or healthcare mailbox, please ask the organization’s Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administrator to confirm that the setup complies with the organization’s security and data-retention requirements.

Could you clarify whether you only want to access Gmail in Outlook, or completely migrate the messages to Microsoft 365? Please feel free to let me know
