HI Startup program

I applied to the Azure for Startups program as a newly registered UK limited company. After submitting the application, I received a rejection stating the startup could not be verified — but no specific reason was given, and there's no field-level error pointing to what's wrong.

I can't find any option in the portal to edit the submitted information or trigger a re-verification. Is there a way to correct and resubmit an application after this kind of rejection, or does this require a new application entirely? Is there a dedicated support channel for Azure for Startups verification issues, separate from general Azure support?

During registration, I have padded UK Companies House with leading zeros (as I have seen in MS's answer about registration).

Can you please help

How to re-verify the startup? Especially considering how to enter the company number correctly?

A submitted Microsoft for Startups application cannot be edited after submission. If the application is still pending, the confirmation email can be used to delete and reapply. If it was declined, reapplication is allowed after 14 days.

For verification-related startup program issues, use Microsoft for Startups Program Support rather than general Azure product support. Program Support covers application review, approval status, reapplication questions, business or domain verification, and startup benefit issues.

    To contact Program Support:

    1. Go to the Azure portal.
    2. Select Program support.
    3. Choose the category that best matches the verification issue.

If the issue is specifically about program benefits, verification, or the startup portal, start with Microsoft for Startups Program Support. Azure Support is intended for Azure product, billing, and production issues.

The available context does not provide a supported rule about whether leading zeros in a UK Companies House number are accepted or rejected, so the documented path is to raise the verification issue through Program Support.
