Hi, MS Useless
The Microsoft 365 administrator role and the Windows PC administrator account are separate. Your Personal subscription also cannot be converted into Business Premium, so the business account must be licensed and signed in separately.
Here are some suggestions you can try:
Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center using the new business email address, not the Personal Microsoft account. Under Users > Active users, select each person and confirm that Microsoft 365 Business Premium is assigned.
On your PC, open an Office app, select File > Account, sign out of the Personal account, and sign in with the licensed business account. If Office continues using the Personal license, uninstall Office, restart, then reinstall it from https://m365.cloud.microsoft/apps while signed in with the business account.
On the employee’s PC, check Settings > Accounts > Other users. Installing desktop programs requires a Windows administrator account. Microsoft 365 admin credentials will not replace the PC’s local administrator credentials.
If nobody has the Windows administrator password, contact whoever originally configured or supplied the PC. The remaining option may be to reset Windows, which can remove apps and possibly files, so back up important data first.
