Our South Korean organization identity validation changed directly to Failed.

The Azure portal requests additional organization documents issued within

the past 12 months, but the request never changed to Action Required and

no document upload control or secure upload link was provided.

The failure notification email also contains no upload instructions.

We have a recent official Korean Business Registration Certificate.

Please reopen/reset this validation request to Action Required or provide

a secure/private document upload method.

We can provide the subscription ID, tenant ID, identity validation ID,

screenshots, and documents privately to authorized Microsoft staff.

Open a Microsoft Azure Support ticket for Artifact Signing identity validation.

Tell Microsoft Azure Support that Artifact Signing identity validation went directly to Failed without showing Action Required or a document-upload option.

Ask Microsoft to reset Artifact Signing identity validation to Action Required or provide an upload link.

Do not upload the Korean Business Registration Certificate publicly on Microsoft Q&A.

Provide validation ID, subscription ID, and tenant ID privately to Microsoft Azure Support.
