Hi

I had 2 learn accounts, ashwin,.******@gmail.com and ******@transnet.net. I tried to merge the accounts. I followed the following process.

How to Link Your Microsoft Learn Profile to Organizational Skilling (formerly ESI)

Step 1: Sign in to Microsoft Learn

  1. Go to Microsoft Learn.
  2. Sign in using your existing Microsoft Learn account.

Step 2: Open Your Profile Settings

  1. Select your profile picture in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Settings.

Step 3: Add Your Work Account

  1. Scroll to Login account management.
  2. Select Add account.
  3. Enter your organizational (work) email address.
  4. Complete the sign-in and verification process.

Step 4: Verify the Link

After linking, you should see both:

  • Your personal Microsoft account (if applicable)
  • Your work/organizational account

listed under Login account management.

Step 5: Access Organizational Skilling

  1. Sign in to the Organizational Skilling Learner Experience Portal (LxP) using your work account.
  2. Your Microsoft Learn activity, certifications, and learning progress will now be associated with your organization.

Troubleshooting

If your certifications or Microsoft Learn activity are not appearing in Organizational Skilling reporting:

  • Confirm that your work account has been added to your Microsoft Learn profile.
  • Sign out and sign back in to both Microsoft Learn and the Organizational Skilling portal.
  • Allow some time for synchronization.
  • If the issue persists, contact your Organizational Skilling support team and provide your work email address and Microsoft Learn profile details.

However, it says merging in progress. It will take several minutes to complete. It has been hours and the merge is not compete. I think it is hanging. Can you assist back office to resolve this issue.

I am certified in AZ 120, AZ 104 and AZ 305. However, AZ120 is under ashwin.******@gmail.com. AZ104 and AZ305 is under ******@transnet.net. Hence, the merge.

Thanks

Ashwin Naidoo
