Hello, My discord account got hacked and I am trying to sign up and make a DISCORD SUPPORT centre account so i can open a ticket with discord about the issue. The problem is that when I do so discord only sends me the verification email and NOT the 2FA pin that is required to complete sign up. I checked for rules saying that discord is banned from emailing me, i checked spam , deleted items junk I checked for blocked accounts and nothing. Its just that one last email that is required to complete sign up and discord does not send it. Can anybody please help.

    Hello Petros,

I understand that the missing Discord verification email is preventing you from creating a support request for the compromised Discord account.

Please note that this is a user-to-user forum, so contributors cannot access the Outlook.com mailbox or Discord’s email-delivery system.

Since you have already checked the relevant Outlook.com folders, rules, and blocked senders, I would like to add that Discord recommends adding these addresses to the Outlook.com Safe senders and domains list: notifications at discord.com, support at discord.com, noreply at discord.com

In Outlook.com, select Settings > Mail > Junk email, add the three addresses under Safe senders and domains, select Save, and then request a new verification email. If possible, submit the new request from another device or network. Discord’s verification-email guidance(Note: Discord Support is a third-party website. Microsoft is not responsible for its content or availability.)

If the verification email remains unavailable, please contact Discord for further assistance with the delivery issue. If Discord confirms that the message was sent but it remains missing from Outlook.com, contact Outlook.com Support by selecting Help > Help, entering the issue, and then selecting Still need help? > Yes when available. For more details, see How to get support for Outlook.com | Microsoft Support.

I hope adding the Discord sender addresses allows the verification email to reach the mailbox.

For Outlook.com, the supported checks are:

    1. Check the Other tab to make sure the message is not being filtered there.
    2. Check Junk Email settings and the Junk Email folder. If Discord messages were marked as junk, move them back and mark them as not junk.
    3. Check whether messages are appearing out of order. In Outlook.com, select Filter > Sort > Date.
    4. Check whether email forwarding is enabled.
    5. Check whether there are any email rules preventing the message from appearing.
    6. Check the Archive folder. If the message is there, move it back to Inbox.
    7. If there is concern that the mailbox was tampered with, review the account’s Recent activity page to see sign-ins from the last 30 days.

If a specific email still does not arrive and no Outlook.com error is shown, the documented next step is to contact the sender and ask them to refer to Sender Support in Outlook.com.

If the Microsoft account may also have been compromised, use the Microsoft sign-in helper and recovery guidance, then review connected accounts, forwarding, and automatic replies.
