AZ-900 certificate missing on Learn account

Question

Hello Microsoft Support Team,

I passed the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) exam. Taken through Certiport.

I use the same email address for my Certiport account and my Microsoft Learn profile, but the "Certifications" tab on my Learn profile is empty and the certificate does not appear.

This looks like a sync issue, or my Certiport MCID may not be merged with my current Learn account. Could you help me link the two so the certification shows up correctly on my Learn profile?

Exams and Certifications earned through Certiport are not currently reflected in the Microsoft Learn profile. Until further notice, you will need to manage and share any Certiport credentials separately through your Certiport user account. For help with Certiport account issues, contact Certiport Customer Service.
