how do i recover my main account?

I have been hacked without my knowledge it was a bit ago.

I have done everything, from the 'recover account' thing to the full on sign in helper, the furthest i got was suspending my main account for obvious reasons.

But now it constantly ask for an already provided xbox net device id and i cant reply to the message as the case gets instantaneously closed.

I have important stuff on this account that i cannot afford to lose, i also can provide the hacker's (supposed) main email if necessary.

Its getting really tiring**.**

If your attacker changed the username, password and security information in your account, which any good attacker will do, then I'm sorry to tell you that you will never get that account back.

Moreover, you should presume that the attacker knows everything about you that is in that account, so you need to take steps to protect yourself from being impersonated on the internet.
