Recently i've experienced a couple of sudden restarts, mostly when running WoW. Today, after booting up, it immediately went into BSOD.
The error code is:
0x0000013a (0x0000000000000011, 0xffff808da1100140, 0xffff808de4212100, 0x0000000000000000)
I've tried looking into the dmp file, but couldn't read it.

Can anyone help?

Thanks,

Nal

Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

BSOD issues can have several reasons. It is necessary to investigate.

    Please share the minidump files.

    These files are in C:\Windows\Minidump.

Copy any files you have to your desktop and store them in a ZIP file. Then, upload the ZIP file to the cloud (OneDrive), choose to share it, and get the link.

Then, post the link to the ZIP file here so I can have a look.

    Looking forward to your reply.
