I can sign in to Partner Center, but no partner account is linked to this work account.

Eligibility Dashboard: “Account not found. No partner account is linked to your sign-in.”

Account settings → Legal info and Identifiers are empty (no PartnerID, no Publisher table, no Add publisher).

Enrollment pages render blank:

I need a partner account and Microsoft 365 and Copilot publisher enrollment to list a Word add-in (GroundCite) on AppSource.

Country/region of the business: Dominican Republic.

Please provision or link the partner account (PartnerID / legal profile) for this sign-in.

The screenshot confirms that the work account can authenticate to Partner Center, but it does not confirm that the tenant is enrolled in a Partner Center program. Microsoft Learn Q&A moderators cannot provision a PartnerID, link a tenant, or modify the Partner Center backend.

    Recommended enrollment path

    1. Confirm that you signed in with a Microsoft Entra work account, not a similarly named personal Microsoft account.
    2. Confirm that the account has the Global Administrator role in the correct Microsoft Entra tenant. Global Administrator is the required role for initiating enrollment in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program.
    3. Start enrollment in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program. This creates the partner account and PartnerID after the enrollment and business-verification process is completed. Microsoft verifies business, employment, and contact information during enrollment. partner-center-enroll-overview
    4. After the partner account is active, enroll in the Microsoft 365 and Copilot program using the same tenant and work account. This enrollment is required to publish a Word add-in through Partner Center. open-a-developer-account
    5. Once enrolled, go to Settings > Account settings > Organization profile > Identifiers.

The Publisher section should then allow an authorized user to select Add publisher and associate it with a PartnerID. add-new-publishers-to-office-store-program

The Add publisher option cannot be used before an applicable PartnerID exists. Therefore, its absence is consistent with the “No partner account is linked” message, although the blank enrollment pages could also indicate an enrollment-session or backend provisioning problem.

If the enrollment pages remain blank

    Try the following first:

    • Use an InPrivate window with third-party cookies and pop-ups permitted for Microsoft domains.
    • Disable browser extensions temporarily.
    • Clear cookies for partner.microsoft.com, then sign in again.
    • Verify the tenant shown in Partner Center is the intended business tenant.
    • Ask another Global Administrator in the same tenant to test the enrollment URL.
