Opening videos in Safari

Question

I click the Safari icon on my dashboard. A picture flashes up for a second, then an ad runs normally and suddenly a black screen pops up with a white circular object spinning in the center. I can't get any displayed arrows to work. I can do nothing.

I guess you are using Mac? Safari and Mac are both Apple products. Maybe it's good idea to try with Apple support, this is Microsoft community support.
