Microsoft Rewards Gift Cards Removed – Temporary or Permanent?

Hello Microsoft Rewards Support,

I have been using Microsoft Rewards for the past 4 years and have regularly participated in the search program to earn points. However, I recently noticed that almost all of the reward options available in my region have been removed.

Previously, rewards such as Amazon gift cards, PVR vouchers, BookMyShow vouchers, Croma gift cards, and other gift cards were available. Now, I can see only Overwatch Coins Digital Code on my Rewards page.

Could you please clarify:

1. Why have these gift cards been removed?
2. Is this a temporary change or have these rewards been permanently discontinued?
3. Will Amazon, PVR, BookMyShow, Croma, and other gift cards return in the future?
4. If they are temporarily unavailable, when can we expect them to become available again?

I have been consistently using Microsoft Rewards for around four years, and the availability of useful rewards has been one of the main reasons I continued participating in the program.

If Microsoft continues removing the available rewards without providing suitable alternatives, I will unfortunately have to stop participating in the Microsoft Rewards search program, as there would be very little reason for me to continue earning points if they cannot be redeemed for useful rewards.

I would appreciate a clear explanation regarding whether this is a temporary issue or a permanent change.
