I did delete my Hotmail account, but have discovered a service registered with this e-mail and now I cannot login because I do not remember the password, so It ´ s not possible to receive an e-mail to reset the password. Also using my new Microsoft ´ s account I can ´ t use a hotmail alias, just outlook.com.

If it has been more than 60 days since you deleted the Hotmail account, that account has been permanently deleted by the system along with all associated data and cannot be recovered, once it has been permanently deleted, Microsoft does not recycle Hotmail addresses, the email address can never be registered again.
