Request for Exam Link Transfer to My Current Microsoft Account

Question

I am unable to access my previous Microsoft account, ******@hotmail.com, because it is linked to a former corporate email address that has since been deactivated.

I would like to link my personal Microsoft account to my current corporate Microsoft account, ********@microsoft.com, and have all my previously earned Microsoft certifications, credentials, and exam history reflected in my current Microsoft Learn profile.

Could you please assist in transferring or associating my certification records with my current Microsoft account so that I can continue to access and manage them through my new Microsoft Learn profile?

Learn profiles are self-managed. It's not possible to transfer certification or any Learn history between Learn profiles. This is due to privacy and security policies in place.

Your only option is to regain access to your Learn account with your previous email account and then add personal account and/or your new work account to your Learn profile
