I just removed my phone number bcs I changed of number but now I don't get any option to add my phone number to my account

What do I do now? I want to have my phone number associated to my outlook account but I dont get an option for it, any help pls

Microsoft has removed the ability to add a phone number to a personal account, as either an account alias or a verification method.

The option to add a phone number should be on https//account.live.con/names/manage page. You may need to authenticate yourself first.
