My HP Photosmart 7520 e-all-in-one-series does not show home page.

I've shut down, unplugged, restarted and it keeps going to missing or damaged cartridge screen. Have tried replacing them all, one at a time, nothing works.

Wipe chips: Use a dry, microfiber cloth.

Check brand: HP firmware blocks third party ink.

Reset printhead: Re-seat the main carriage assembly.

Clean the copper contacts: Wipe the gold-colored chips on the cartridges and inside the printer carriage with a dry, lint-free cloth remove invisible residue or static.
Disable HP dynamic Security: If you are using third-party or refilled ink, a recent HP firmware update may be blocking them.
